Great fit for clients who:
-Cant maintain time commitments of weekly sessions
- wanting to reprocess a single recent or past event
-currently working with another therapist and have been recommended for EMDR to reprocess a traumatic event
EMDR Intensives:
20 minute phone consultation to address readiness and see if we are a good fit.
Intake session -Hour long or extended session possible: Complete assessment, treatment approach, goals for intensive therapy, finalize target and approach. Can include beginning phases of EMDR in extended session.
Extended session: Half day (3 hours: $600) or two half days (2 3 hour days: $1000) extended sessions available. Sessions include a brief 15-30 minute break if needed.
At end of session, progress with be evaluated and client can choose to schedule additional extended sessions or receive referrals for weekly therapy with another provider.
Cash only- Unable to bill insurances
$175.00 for 53 minutes — Remote individual therapy sessions to adults in Washington state. Insurances accepted: Premera, Kaiser, Regence and Aetna . Superbills provided to insurances not listed above as requested.
-Incorporate use of EMDR to rewire negative beliefs and unhelpful behavior patterns
-Reinforce helpful coping skills and positive beliefs
-Reprocess and Desensitize traumatic and disturbing experiences in smaller increments over time.
