EMDR Intensives

Great fit for clients who:

-Have difficulty maintaining weekly time commitments due to travel or work schedules

-Recently experienced a major traumatic event

-Not ready to start a weekly or twice a month time commitment.

-Looking for additional support or was recommended by another provider for EMDR intensives.

EMDR Intensives Include:

15-20 minute phone consultation to address readiness and discuss goals of intensives.

Intake session -60 minutes : Complete assessment, identify targets and incorporate beginning phases of EMDR - $175

Half day:

4 hours: $700 or

5 hours: Including intake $875

Includes a 15-20 minute break

Two day Intensive:

4 hours a day, two days ($1100)

Includes a 15-20 minute break

Cash pay.

Licensure Supervision

I offer supervision to masters level counseling licensure candidates

-Clinicians working at a site/agency already working with a site supervisor and are looking for additional supervision or different perspective

- Clinicians wanting to open their own practice and need business coaching/practice building support

- Private Practice Clinicians who need a supervisor to track and report clinical hours.

$70.00 per hour

Associate insurance billing available:

Regence & Premera

Remote individual therapy sessions for adults across Washington state.

Insurances accepted:

Premera, Kaiser, Regence, Aetna, First Choice

-Blend of EMDR, CBT, somatic awareness and parts work

-Identify coping skills to incorporate in your routine

-Reprocess and Desensitize traumatic and disturbing experiences that leave you feeling stuck

-Insight building into behavior patterns and unmet needs impacting symptoms

-Increase intuition, build trust with your body and create a healthy relationship with yourself

-A dedicated space and time to work through your thoughts, identify feelings and share frustrations.

$175.00 for 55 minutes

Sliding scale available for cash pay on a case by case basis.

Superbills provided to insurances not listed above as requested.
