I’m a dedicated and experienced therapist providing EMDR treatment to clients looking to take a deeper step in their healing journey. I have been conducting therapy appointments since 2015 and have gained experience working with a wide range of client populations that include but are not limited to: sexual assault and other violent crime survivors, childhood trauma survivors, first responders, veterans, perfectionists and individuals with strong inner critics.  I take an action-oriented approach and incorporate a unique blend of professionalism and humor into my sessions to help you achieve your goals in a safe and supportive environment. I’m passionate about using EMDR in my practice and love working with clients who are curious about the process.
